firm that are now able to recruit a highly experienced Transactions and Corporate Tax Advisory Assistant Manager to take up a pivotal role within the firm.

This position will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering corporate tax advisory and compliance services for clients across various industries. The role involves overseeing client relationships, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of tax assignments, and contributing to the efficient and effective delivery of bespoke tax solutions in line with transactional and corporate needs.

Role Requirements -

• Manage the delivery of UK corporate tax compliance work for clients in a range of
• industries including high street brands.
• Involvement in UK tax due diligence engagements.
• Opportunity to get involved in UK and International corporate tax advisory projects
• with training provided.
• Being one of the main points of contact for directors, managers, and clients on a
• portfolio of corporate tax compliance jobs.
• Ensuring all parties are kept up to date as work progresses.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Help develop other team members in corporate tax compliance work.

Person Requirements -

Qualified ACA/ACCA and/or CTA.

• Alternatively, qualified by experience.
• Strong [role] experience.
• Experience managing trainee team members preferred.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• A positive attitude to change and a desire to be the best you can be at your role.
