Environmental Administrator

Position Overview:
I am delighted to be supporting my client in their search for an Environmental Administrator, to join their Servicing Division.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a varied role and enjoys meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach.

Responsibilities:

• Obtaining Environmental Permits
• Quoting for, and administrating, environmental packages
• Preparing Environmental Management Systems and keeping them up to date
• Managing samples including booking collections, ordering sample bottles, dispatching paperwork, updating spreadsheets, creating orders, invoicing, sending results and adding results to system
• Dealing with all EA enquiries/failures and ensuring response is within a specified timeframe
• Providing administrative support to the Servicing Team, undertaking admin tasks as requested
• Dealing with customers - telephone calls, emails, letters
• Communicating with other departmental staff
• Dealing with new enquiries
• Extensive email and telephone correspondence
• Accurately prepare and process all sales administration
• Proactively update CRM
