• Lead the financial commissioning aspects for Cardiff and Vale residents, managing financial flows and reserves.
• Provide professional advice on clinical service development business cases.
• Oversee the Finance Commissioning and Costing & Benchmarking Team, ensuring effective workload planning and prioritization.
• Contribute to the financial management agenda and strategy across the organization.
