IT Auditor

Marks Sattin are currently working with an incredible well-established business based in the North West seeking a passionate and experienced IT Auditor to join the expanding Internal Audit team!

This is a brilliant opportunity if you are someone seeking a new challenge and want to advance on your IT Audit skillset further. This role would also involve knowledge and experience within data analytics, playing a key role in ensuring the integrity of technology-related controls and drive data analytics strategies across technology and non-technology audits. Role will include:

• Carrying out audits to assess technology-related controls and evaluating the effectiveness of their design
• Utilising tools like Alteryx, KNIME, SQL, Python, Power BI and Tableau to test controls
• Leading data analytics in audit reviews and developing the audit plans for the technology services, setting the audit timetables and budgets and creating detailed risk and controls matrices
• Building and maintaining long lasting relationships with clients
• Being able to lead data analytics strategies across various audits ensuring the data gathered aligns well with the audit goals in place

Experience:

• Looking for an innovative professional with a clear understanding and experience of IT Audit and Data Analytics to come onboard and help drive the Internal Audit team
• Seeking a driven and motivated individual that is looking for their next step forward within their career to allow progression and wanting a new challenge
• Ideally you will hold a CISA qualification or equivalent such as IIA, QICA (desirable but not essential)
