Your Role as Field Sales Engineer
You'll play a pivotal role in helping them expand their customer base, with a focus on building relationships and securing new business. Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying and nurturing new leads, ensuring a robust pipeline of prospective customers
• Collaborating with the engineering team to develop tailored quotes and solutions
• Managing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships
• Visiting clients across the UK to understand their needs and offer personalised services
• Keeping the client database updated and accurate for streamlined operations

What We're Looking For
To succeed in the Field Sales Engineer role, you will bring a blend of sales experience and technical understanding:

• Proven track record in B2B sales within the manufacturing/engineering sector
• Previous experience in a similar role (e.g., Sales Engineer, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager)
• Exceptional communication skills and a results-driven mindset
• A willingness to travel regularly across the UK
• A full UK driving license
