Outreach Tutor

Milk Education are working in partnership with an Alternative Provision in West Bradford that require an Outreach Tutor to work with the pupils at their school that can't access mainstream education due to their Social, Emotional and Mental health Issues. Your role at this school will be a blend of off site and on site teaching, and with the main purpose of the role being to re-engage the pupils into education.

Outreach Tutor roles and responsibilities:

• Planning and Delivering one to one sessions to pupils aged between 11-16
• Engaging the hardest to reach pupils
• Adhering to all school policies

Requirements for the role

• HLTA/QTS/QTLS
• Working knowledge of national curriculum and other relevant learning programmes.
• Ability to plan effective lessons
• Expert knowledge of SEMH
