Audit Semi-Senior Accountant

Our client is a highly regarded Practice in East Sussex in modern offices using cloud-based systems. They provide a comprehensive range of services to their clients and are seeking an Audit Semi-Senior Accountant to prepare accounts for a mixed portfolio of clients. They will provide excellent training on technical accounting matters and IT systems and have a superb, friendly culture.

The Role - Audit Semi-Senior Accountant
They are now offering an part-qualified ACA or ACCA studier, with recent experience of working for a UK firm of accountants, a great opportunity to join a successful team. Reporting to a Manager, you will be required to:

• Prepare accounts in accordance with FRS 102(1A) for a mixed portfolio of clients including limited companies, sole traders and partnerships
• Carry out statutory audit work, including stock takes
• Taking responsibility for sections of audit allocated to them and working in an organised manner
• Supporting more junior team members during audits
• Personal Tax Returns

Are you are currently studying ACA or ACCA with at least 2 years’ experience of working in practice with 2 years audit experience?
