A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Social Media & Content Manager to join a leading brand in the supplement, beauty and skincare space. This maternity cover role is your chance to make an impact on a vibrant and growing company.

The Role:
As the Social Media & Content Manager, you will:

• Drive organic social media growth across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Manage and implement a strategic content calendar aligned with brand goals.
• Collaborate with influencers, partners, and internal teams to deliver engaging campaigns.
• Report on key performance metrics to optimise content and strategy.
• Stay ahead of social media trends, ensuring content is innovative and effective.
• Organise and execute Instagram & TikTok Lives to engage and grow audiences.

About You:
You have a creative spark and a track record of delivering social media success for brands. Key skills and experience include:

• 3-5 years of managing social accounts in a professional capacity.
• Expertise in social platforms, trends, and tools (Sprout Social knowledge is a plus).
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• A collaborative and proactive approach to work.
