Industrial Disease Solicitor

Industrial Disease Solicitor is required to deal with a mixed caseload of disease related claims work.  This is working for a leading defendant team based out of its office in Liverpool city centre.

Role Overview
In joining this firm as an industrial disease solicitor, you will join a team that specialises in a mix of industrial disease including NIHL, HAVS and asbestos related claims.

Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a solicitor who can demonstrate:

• A strong technical understanding of disease work.  Ideally with experience in HAVS or NIHL work.
• Prior experienced in running your own independent litigated caseload.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Qualified solicitor.
• The role is based in Liverpool and you would be expected to attend the office once twice per week.  Candidates willing to attend one day in Liverpool and the other in Manchester will be considered.
