A property manager is required to join a team in a plush office with Hunters’ award-winning lettings client renowned for their friendly and supportive environment.  
FT 8.45am – 5.30pm, Monday – Friday, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays: 9-1pm

Property Manager - job

• Looking after a portfolio of properties for our landlord clients
• Overseeing schedules for safety checks
• Co-ordinating maintenance works with contractors, liaising with landlords and tenants
• Renewal negotiations and all associated paperwork
• Dealing with deposit settling negotiations post-checkout 
• Sec 21 notices and any variations of tenancy

Property Manager - person

• Ideally already be ARLA qualified or working towards this, for the right candidate with appropriate property management experience we will be willing to offer support to gain these qualifications
• Experienced within property management, with an excellent customer focused approach
• Smart appearance
