Your Role

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will:

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing files with supervision
• Handle all stages of conveyancing transactions, including:
  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Leasehold extensions
  • Re-financing and re-mortgaging
  • Affordable housing matters
  • Transfers of equity
• Deliver outstanding service to a network of valued clients

• A skilled Conveyancer with experience managing conveyancing files from inception to post-completion
• A client-focused professional with a commitment to high standards
• Strong knowledge of residential property law and the ability to work effectively in a team
