Senior Business Development Manager ?s Roles/Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure large-scale solar projects
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders in large organizations
- Lead tender preparation and submission, ensuring alignment with client requirements
- Negotiate contracts, manage the sales cycle, and close high-value deals
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to meet client needs
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and renewable energy policies
Qualifications
- Proven track record in selling large-scale C&I solar projects
- Expertise in tender writing and submissions
- Experience managing and developing partnerships with introducing partners
- Success in selling to large organizations and negotiating high-value contracts
- Knowledge of funding options, including Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs)
- Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with renewable energy policies, incentives, and market trends
