Position Overview
 
The Residential Property Solicitor will handle a broad range of residential property matters, providing exceptional client-focused service and demonstrating strong technical expertise, commercial acumen, and teamwork skills.
 
Responsibilities

• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Manage re-mortgages and transfers of equity
• Draft and review deeds of variations of leases
• Demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm, and a commitment to client service
• Actively contribute to business development and marketing efforts

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years of conveyancing experience
• Proven track record in meeting fee and time targets
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Confident in handling own caseload while providing high-quality service
• Passion for business development and strengthening client relationships
