An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a large European business who are launching Workday Finance here in the UK.

This is a brand-new role, to provide support to UK-based Workday Finance and Adaptive Planning users. It's a brilliant time to join them, with this role and wider team set to grow, as they further deploy and expand the use of Workday Finance - it's a huge focus for them right now!

You will join a team that is being built to manage Workday Finance configuration and optimisation across the business, with your responsibility being to provide 1st and 2nd line support to Workday Finance users in the UK here in the UK.

You will provide both technical and functional support to various groups including IT and Finance teams, will support the delivery of configuration changes, and develop and deliver effective documentation.

This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week spent in their London office, for collaboration with the business.

This would be a brilliant opportunity for someone who is excited about the prospect of joining a company at a critical point in their launch of Workday Finance, with excellent opportunities for future growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting users of Workday Finance
  • A Workday Certification would be advantageous, but not essential
  • Good understanding of finance business processes
  • A keen attitude to learning and picking up new skills and knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
