Registration and Licensing Administrator

Pontoon is currently seeking a Registration and Licencing Administrator for our client, one of the world's leading financial institutions. Join their team in London on a fixed-term maternity cover contract until September 5, 2025.

As a Registration and Licencing Administrator, you'll be responsible for handling associate registrations across the UK, Ireland, and France regimes. You'll play a pivotal role in promoting compliance, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring regulatory adherence. Initially the position will be fully office based whilst training and then moving to a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.

What you'll be doing:

• Assist the team in operational aspects of registrations, conducting due diligence before certification
• Support with weekly rota tasks, including terminations, monitoring, and reporting
• Foster a strong culture of compliance while promptly escalating any identified risks

• Background in a similar role, preferably within the financial sector
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate at all levels
• Excellent multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Keen attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information
• Independent and proactive problem solver
• Proficiency in Windows applications
