We are seeking a highly experienced Process Transformation Lead(P2P/R2R) to drive the stabilisation and transformation of the global P2P and R2R processes post-outsourcing. This role is responsible for identifying, analysing, and resolving process and control issues, ensuring operational stability, and leading transformation initiatives to deliver a cost-efficient, accurate, and scalable process operating model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a comprehensive review of the current P2P/R2R processes, controls, and governance frameworks.
  • Identify root causes of process inefficiencies and control weaknesses, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with outsourcing partners and internal stakeholders to resolve service delivery issues.
  • Establish KPIs and SLAs to monitor stabilisation progress.
  • Design and implement a future-state global operating model focused on scalability, cost-efficiency, and accuracy.
  • Lead process standardisation across geographies and business units.
  • Automate manual processes through technology enablement (e.g., ERP enhancements, RPA).
  • Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with global finance policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
  • Lead process documentation, including process flows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and risk registers.
  • Partner with senior finance, procurement, IT, and business leaders to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Drive change management initiatives, including training, workshops, and communication plans.
  • Act as the central point of contact for escalations and key decision-making in the P2P process area.

  • Experience driving transformation in finance processes in a BPO setting

Other details

  • £650-700/day Outside IR35
  • 4-6 month initial contract length
