Financial Systems Analyst

This role requires a Financial Systems Analyst who will work in the Accounting & Finance department, providing key support in a legal environment. You will play a pivotal role in implementing and developing new financial systems to ensure optimal business performance.

Description

• Aid the implementation of new financial systems
• Assist in the development of strategies to improve financial systems
• Perform system tests and troubleshoot system issues
• Prepare financial reports and statements for management review
• Provide training to end users on the use of financial systems
• Ensure compliance with industry and company regulations
• Collaborate with the IT department to implement system upgrades
• Maintain documentation related to system configuration and changes

Profile

A successful Financial Systems Analyst should have:

• Experience working in a legal or other professional services environment
• Experience working with financial systems, namely Aderant and Elite Enterprise
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with different departments
• High proficiency in Excel and SQL
• A sound knowledge of financial reporting processes
