THE COMPANY

This boutique premium performance marketing agency is a super data-driven organisation currently going through a growth phase and expanding its CRO team!

THE ROLE

You'll join a team of 10 in the CRO function to lead on CRO programmes for clients, set test strategies, conduct analysis, and engage extensively with clients.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

• Come from an agency/start-up environment, used to working in fast-paced environments
• CRO/AB testing experience - open to any tools but ideally Optimizely and VWO
• Google Analytics 4 or Piano
