Associate - Employment Commercial A leading international law firm is seeking an Associate to join their Employment Commercial team in Liverpool. Key Responsibilities: * Provide legal advice on a wide range of employment matters, including discrimination, whistleblowing, disciplinary issues, TUPE, and employment tribunal claims. * Manage a mix of contentious and non-contentious cases, including drafting employment documents and handling redundancy and employee relations issues. * Build and maintain client relationships and support business development initiatives. Key Requirements: * Qualified solicitor with 3+ years' experience in employment law. * Proven ability to manage a caseload and provide commercial advice. * Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
