HR Business Partner

4 Days per week on-site South Birmingham.

As HR Business Partner, within this business unit, you will partner with the MD and Senior leadership team to understand how and where you can support the business strategy within the people remit. This is a full generalist role with a small HR team to support day to day activities, so allowing this role to support more complex ER, engagement, talent management and succession planning activities.

As an experienced HR Business Partner you will be able to demonstrate building strong relationships with stakeholders, coaching and developing management capability with a proactive, commercial approach. Experience within Transport/ Distribution, Logistics ideal.
