• Our client has specialised in venture capital for Clean/ClimateTech since 2002 and is based in the City of London. Following a merchant banking model, our client provides both corporate finance advisory services (e.g. fundraising, acquisitions and trade sales involving third party investors), and also investment and fund management services (e.g. setting up and managing funds that it invests). Our client has a strong track record of structuring and completing corporate finance transactions and investments, and an outstanding reputation in its field.

• The firm is looking a bright and enthusiastic candidate to join this specialist and growing team on a full time. While the role will initially be heavily focused on financial modelling of corporate finance transactions and fund investments, the candidate can expect growing exposure to clients and all other aspects of transactions.

Financial Analyst

• The candidate must have approximately 2 year’s corporate and/or project finance modelling experience. An understanding of the principles of corporate finance and basic accounting is required.
• Prior experience in the fields of energy, environment or efficiency is desirable though not essential.
