Colmore Education is excited to support a wonderful primary school in Dudley in their search for a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher (QTS) to join their team. This is an incredible opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to make a positive impact on young learners, teaching Key Stage 1 (KS1) students and contributing to their educational journey.

• Full-time Primary Teacher (QTS)
• Mainstream Primary School
• Location: Dudley, West Midlands
• Start Date: January 2025

About the Role:
As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative lessons to students in Key Stage 1. You will have the opportunity to nurture the academic, social, and emotional development of young learners, fostering a love for learning and ensuring a solid foundation for their future education. The role will include planning, assessment, and providing a supportive and positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess lessons for KS1 students in line with the National Curriculum
• Create an inclusive, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment
• Differentiate lessons to meet the diverse needs of all students
• Support students’ personal and academic development
• Monitor and track student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
• Contribute to extracurricular activities and the school’s ethos

Key Requirements:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• A passion for working with young children
• Experience teaching KS1 (desirable, but not essential)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
• A proactive and creative approach to teaching
