Finance Manager

Are you ready to make an impact in a dynamic and growing organisation? We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join a growing PE-backed business in Crewe. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to lead financial preparation and reporting for a small group of entities, while driving improvements in processes and controls.
  
What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Reporting P&L results against budget and forecast.
• Leading balance sheet reviews and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Managing and developing a small team of trainee accountants.
• Supporting the annual budgeting process and revenue assurance projects.
• Collaborating with key business stakeholders and central teams (Group, Tax, Compliance).
• Driving continuous improvement across controls and processes.

• Qualified Accountant – ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• A logical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and highly organised.
• A strong communicator who can work effectively with stakeholders across and outside Finance.
• Someone who embraces change and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
