Long Term Futures is seeking a committed and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join the support team at a vibrant high school in Wembley. This role is ideal for someone passionate about enhancing the learning experience for secondary school students.

The Role:

• Providing 1:1 and group support to students with varying needs across multiple subjects.
• Working collaboratively with teachers to deliver tailored interventions.
• Supporting students with SEND and helping them engage fully in the curriculum.
• Building positive relationships to boost students' confidence and academic progress.
• Helping to create a structured and inclusive learning environment.

About You:

• Previous experience working as an LSA or within a secondary school setting is highly desirable.
• A good understanding of supporting SEND students is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting learning.
• A relevant qualification (desirable but not essential).
