Conveyancing Legal Assistant

I have been instructed on a fantastic opportunity for a legal professional early in their career to join an established and expanding firm with offices throughout the UK. The highly regarded firm are looking for friendly and organised legal professionals to join the growing team in Leamington Spa and assist fee earners with a range of matters including:

• Freehold and Leasehold Sales and Purchases
• Transfers
• Remortgages
• Equity Release
• First Registration
• New Build purchases

Previous experience working in a conveyancing department is required.

Salary: £23500 - £25500 depending on experience
