The Role
Finance Business Partner - Newcastle upon Tyne - January Start - Temp to Perm
Nigel Wright are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a growing organisation based on the outskirts of Newcastle who are looking to hire a Finance Business Partner or Finance Analyst to join them in January 2025. This role will start on a temporary basis, with opportunity to go permanent. 
Duties and responsibilities will cover:

• Ownership of your own portfolio of sites, reviewing multiple sets of accounts.
• Providing insightful and detailed analysis relating to variances to budgets.
• Presenting results to board and budget holders and advising on areas for improvement.
• Supporting the budget setting and forecasting process.

About You
This role is suited to a detailed Finance Business Partner or Finance Analyst who is available for a January start.

• Minimum AAT qualified, ideally part or fully qualified (CIPFA, CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
• Strong Excel skills 
• Good communication skills - able to lead meetings and confidentially explain financial results
• Highly analytical accounting professional 

Hybrid and flexible working is available, but initially this will be predominantly office based.
