This is a fantastic chance for a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to independently handle residential property transactions from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, overseeing the process from instruction to post-completion.
• Deliver clear, expert legal advice to clients while maintaining exceptional communication through various channels.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless progress on transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, third parties, and industry contacts to support business growth.
• Prepare and review legal documents, ensuring compliance with regulations, including Anti-Money Laundering requirements.
• Handle applications to the Land Registry and address requisitions efficiently

• Comprehensive knowledge of residential conveyancing and property law in the UK.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse range of property transactions independently.
• Exceptional organisational skills to handle competing priorities effectively.
• Outstanding communication skills to deliver first-class service to clients and colleagues alike.
• A proactive team player with the ability to work autonomously when needed.

• £30,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
• Based in either Dover, Deal or Sandwich – dependent on location
