The Opportunity:
Are you ready to make a difference in a vibrant and dynamic primary school setting? Long Term Futures is seeking an experienced and proactive Primary Behaviour Mentor to join a welcoming school in Lambeth, SW2 (Brixton). This role focuses on providing 1:1 support and mentoring to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Your Role in the School:
- Provide consistent and tailored 1:1 mentoring to students with SEN, addressing behavioural and emotional challenges
- Work closely with teaching staff to implement personalised learning and behaviour strategies
- Actively promote an inclusive and supportive learning environment that celebrates progress and positive behaviour
- Support the planning and delivery of activities and initiatives aimed at fostering personal and social growth

What You'll Bring to the Role:

- Confidence in implementing and adapting behaviour management strategies
Details You Need to Know:
- Full-time role, Monday to Friday
- Paid up to £105 per day, term time only
- Based in Lambeth (SW2, Brixton), with excellent transport links
- Immediate start, with potential for a long-term placement
