Serious Injury Solicitor

My client is a top tier national law firm, and they are looking to recruit a Serious Injury Solicitor for their office in the Birmingham.
 
The personal injury department is very well established and cover the entirety of the UK, with a reputation of ensuring their clients receive the highest possible care as opposed to simply a compensation pay out. As a result of this they bring in the highest quality claims for you to be working on.
 
The ideal candidate will be 1 years + PQE with experience running your own claimant personal injury caseload. You will be running your own caseload of files valued up to £100,000 while assisting other senior fee earners with their caseload. You will be conducting your advocacy as well as getting involved with business development.
 
The ideal candidate will be 1-4 years PQE with previous claimant serious injury experience. Salary will be DOE but will range from 48k - 60k. The benefits package is amongst the best in the market that includes 5.5% employer pension contributions, life assurance 8* salary, 25 days AL plus your birthday off and bank holidays, private health and dental care, 26 weeks full maternity pay and many more.
 
Your work life balance is also taken seriously. You work around your own personal needs, there isn’t a 9-5, there is true flexibility with what hours you want to work. You can also come into the office as and when you need with no set days in the office. When you do go to the office you will be going to a new modern office in Birmingham city centre.
