Role Responsibilities

As an Audit Senior Manager, you’ll play a critical role in the firm’s audit department, taking responsibility for both technical delivery and team leadership. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of high-value audit clients across varied industries
• Leading audits from planning to completion, ensuring compliance and quality at every stage
• Providing strategic advice to clients, acting as a trusted business advisor
• Mentoring, developing, and managing the performance of the audit team
• Reviewing audit work to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to regulations
• Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve processes and client service
• Supporting business development initiatives to grow the firm’s audit service line

Candidate Requirements

• ACA, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification
• Significant experience in audit within an accountancy practice, including senior management roles
• Proven ability to manage large client portfolios and oversee end-to-end audits
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a collaborative approach
• Strong technical knowledge of audit processes and compliance standards
• A commercial mindset and the ability to identify growth opportunities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships
