Location: Office based in Birmingham, visiting sites nationwide.

Salary: £60,000 & £5,000 Car Allowance

Job Description:

My client is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their dynamic team.

This role involves overseeing a variety of commercial projects, with a primary focus on hotel developments. The successful candidate will be based in their Birmingham office and will be required to visit various sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee contracts for large-scale hotel projects.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
Prepare and review detailed project documentation and reports.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the commercial sector, particularly with hotel projects.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel to various sites as required.
