Your new role

This corporate solicitor role will enable you to take on a role where you can enjoy both high quality corporate work as well as a genuinely good work/life balance. The role will be mainly focused on M&A, typically for the firm's SME client base. You can expect to play a significant part in business development initiatives and to lead on a number of transactions.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a corporate lawyer with 5+ years' pqe who can provide well rounded and commercially astute advice to clients. With a down to earth approach, you will be able to work effectively within a team.
