Salary: Dependent on Experience (MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance)

We are seeking a dedicated Key Stage 1 SEN Teacher to join a vibrant and inclusive primary school with a strong commitment to nurturing every child's potential. • Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the diverse needs of SEN pupils in Key Stage 1.
• Collaborate closely with the SENCO, teaching assistants, and external specialists to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, ensuring all pupils feel valued and supported.
• Monitor and assess progress, adapting teaching strategies to ensure every child achieves their potential.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in Key Stage 1.
• A proven track record of working with children with a range of special educational needs.
• Strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Passionate about inclusive education and committed to promoting equal opportunities for all learners.
