An excellent opportunity has arisen within a very reputable, well established financial services company for someone with extensive experience of working in life and pensions administration and operational support. Option for full-time remote working.
Your new role
Providing operational support to advisers / IFAs, internal and external stakeholders, dealing with queries from advisers and clients relating to all administrative and operational matters, onboarding of new platform providers, attending service review meetings. This is a full-time role offering a great deal of flexibility, including the option to be primarily home-based.
What you'll need to succeed
A good understanding of life, pensions and investments is essential together with excellent administration and organisational skills, the ability to work independently, manage administration processes effectively and efficiently. You will be a self-starter, a confident communicator, have stakeholder management skills, a proactive approach, strong attention to detail. Knowledge of Platforms is desirable.
