Our esteemed Commercial Property client, based in a stunning City Centre office, is seeking a Client Accountant to join one of two boutique teams managing a diverse portfolio of exceptional clients. As a Client Accountant, you'll enjoy a dynamic role where every day presents new challenges in managing a varied portfolio of properties. Responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting-covering accruals, prepayments, budgeting, and forecasting-for all funds associated with each property, such as ground rent, service charges, sinking funds, VAT, and deposits. Additionally, you'll prepare detailed reports for your clients and present them in person with insightful commentary to maintain and strengthen client relationships.

Skills Required

• Previous experience in Client/Service Charge Accounting is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong communication skills, as this role involves regular client engagement.
• Proficiency in preparing management reports for senior stakeholders, including analysis of revenue and variances.
• Adaptability, with the ability to think on your feet and work collaboratively within a team.
