Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Growth: Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to boost B2C sales through Shopify.
• Optimise Performance: Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory to maximise online conversions.
• Engage Audiences: Oversee social commerce campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Marketing, Sales, and IT to deliver a seamless digital experience.
• Analyse and Innovate: Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and stay ahead of trends.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing and optimising ecommerce platforms, especially Shopify.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and email campaigns.
• Analytical mindset for interpreting data and driving improvements.
• Creative social media expertise to engage audiences and boost direct sales.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with a proactive attitude.
