A globally recognised Cost Consultancy is on the hunt for a dynamic and client-focused Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead exciting data centre projects in their thriving London office, located just 5 minutes from Tottenham Court Road Station.

This is your opportunity to step into a key leadership role, working on cutting-edge projects in one of the most rapidly expanding sectors of the construction industry.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will spearhead a portfolio of high-value data centre projects, acting as the lead Quantity Surveyor while managing a skilled team of professionals. In this role, you will also be the primary point of contact for prestigious clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and forging lasting partnerships.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience in the data centre sector.
• MRICS qualification or a construction-related degree.
• Strong pre- and post-contract expertise.
• Familiarity with FIDIC and OFCO contracts is highly desirable.
• MEP experience is a significant advantage.
• Excellent leadership and client relationship skills.
• A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
