Are you an experienced and passionate Clinical Home Manager ready to lead a thriving care home? We’re seeking a dynamic professional to manage our 60-bedded home in Kent, which is proudly rated GOOD by the CQC.

About the Role

As Clinical Home Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference by:

• Leading and inspiring a dedicated team to deliver outstanding person-centered care.
• Overseeing all aspects of home management, including clinical standards, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Working closely with residents, families, and external professionals to maintain and enhance the home’s reputation.
• Driving continuous improvement to uphold our GOOD CQC rating and strive for excellence.

About You

To excel in this role, you will need:

• A valid NMC PIN and strong clinical leadership experience.
• A proven track record in care home management with knowledge of CQC regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A passion for delivering high-quality care and achieving positive outcomes for residents.
