We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our client's Sheffield team. Specialising in all aspects of property transactions, from small high-street units to large industrial and retail sites, you will provide expert guidance to clients, ensuring a seamless process for buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage property acquisitions, sales, and leases for landlords and tenants.
• Advise on development projects, sales and leasebacks, and site acquisitions.
• Oversee transactions and liaise with clients, agents, banks, and valuers to deliver exceptional service.
