Highly reputable legal 100 Law Firm in London seeks a Property Litigation Solicitor with Housing Management knowledge on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilful solicitor to join our client’s highly regarded practice based in Central London. The successful applicant will manage their own caseload of housing and leasehold management and property litigation matters.
Responsibilities
- Injunctions
- Possession claims
- Disrepair
- Service charge disputes
- Cases before the FTT
- Non- contentious matters such as policy advice
- Drafting tenancy agreements
The Candidate - Solicitors with a minimum of one years’ PQE in Property Litigation matters
- Experience in housing management and property litigation is essential
- Strong academic background, attaining a 2:1 degree (or equivalent)
- Possesses outstanding communication and client care skills
- Genuine desire to be involved in the future growth plans for the firm
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic
