About You:

• Hold a UK driving license (or are currently learning).
• Have a UK passport or UK settlement with no work restrictions (we do not sponsor).

Your Role: In your first year, you will:

• Source and interview candidates for temporary and permanent positions.
• Create professional CV profiles for client marketing.
• Collaborate with sales teams to increase candidate placements.
• Hit weekly targets and KPIs set by your manager.
• Earn commission from day one.

After Graduation: Upon completing your first year, you'll move to a designated Sales Desk and receive advanced training in:

• Business Development
• Margin Negotiation
• Safeguarding
• Handling Difficult Conversations
• Customer Service and Time Management

Support and Mentorship: You'll receive comprehensive support from your team manager, expert training team, and a dedicated mentor, learning from some of the top consultants in education recruitment as you grow your skills.
