Are you a passionate Revenue Growth Manager looking for your next Opportunity? Are you keen to work within an iconic brand that’s at the forefront of driving category growth? This is a fantastic role within the nation’s 5th most popular FMCG brand (1) that requires an experienced Revenue Growth Manager who has had experience of driving fantastic results.
Reporting into the Commercial Strategy & Planning Director, you will develop, plan and initiate strategies to drive margin accretive revenue growth to enable the company to deliver on its vision of being the best quality brand in bakery.
We are looking for a Revenue Growth Manager (FTC Maternity Cover) to join the team based at Head Office in High Wycombe (hybrid 3 days in office with 2 days working from home.)
Key Accountabilities:
The ideal candidate will be one that is passionate not only about the work they do but the brand they work for, takes ownership of what they do, and is able to influence multiple stakeholders in the right way. They will also be able to focus individuals on specific tasks and behaviours, by bringing a positive, encouraging and consistent behaviour and are able to create a compelling story for the future as well as role model the company Leadership Standards.
