Outbound Sales Executive

CCP is thrilled to partner with a fast-growing legal services company experiencing exceptional performance and ambitious growth. As part of their expansion, we’re helping our client recruit x2 Outbound Sales Executives for their brand-new Manchester city centre office.
 
These roles are part of an exciting new outbound sales operation, designed to complement the existing inbound sales function, which has been thriving for several years.
 
About the Role
 
We’re seeking motivated individuals with prior B2B sales experience who are articulate, driven, and proactive.

• Starting salary: £25,000 (negotiable for the right candidates).
• Uncapped commission: High earning potential with significant rewards for performance.
• Monthly salary increases: Achieving your OTE results in a £1,000 monthly basic salary increase, capped at £40,000.

Key details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Location: Office-based in Manchester city centre.

Interview Process

• Interviews will be conducted in person at our client’s Manchester office.
• Successful candidates will begin their roles in December 2024.
