Support Worker

Search Consultancy are currently recruiting for experienced Support Workers to work with a diverse range of clients based within the Kent area.

Job Description: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. You will be working with a variety of clients, including those with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and mental health needs. This role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, allowing you to choose the hours that best suit your needs.

Hours of Work: Part-Time and Full-Time Hours available

Rate of Pay: Competitive hourly rate

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes or community settings.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation.
• Support clients in maintaining their independence and achieving their personal goals.
• Build positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor and report any changes in client's health and well-being.
• Ensure all care plans and risk assessments are followed and updated as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.

Requirements:

• Must have a current DBS check.
• Minimum of 6 months experience working as a Support Worker within the UK.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends if required.
• A compassionate and patient approach to care.
• Reliable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to quickly build rapport.
