What You'll Be Doing

• Engage: Build meaningful, long-lasting relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Excel: Prepare high-quality working papers, statutory accounts, and management accounts for a variety of businesses, from sole traders to limited companies and partnerships.
• Innovate: Work with leading software like CCH, Sage, and Xero to deliver exceptional results.
• Lead: Mentor and support junior team members, sharing your expertise and helping them thrive.
• Collaborate: Work closely with senior team members and partners to deliver outstanding client solutions.
• Achieve: Play a pivotal role in delivering accounts assignments on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What We're Looking For
We want someone who is ready to hit the ground running and bring enthusiasm to everything they do:

• Qualifications: ACCA/ACA part-qualified with at least 2 years of UK practice accounts experience.
• Skills: Excellent communication, strong IT expertise (especially in Excel), and a knack for building great relationships.
• Mindset: A proactive, detail-oriented, and positive attitude with a love for mentoring others.
• Advantage: Experience with SRA accounts is a bonus.
