A high profile HR Partner opportunity with a global retail business based in Watford.
In this HR partner role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies in line with overall business objectives.
Taking ownership in HR activities ranging from daily employee contact and engagement, policy management, performance management and more.
Managing and taking ownership of the recruitment process for the company. Assisting with employee on boarding and off boarding, ensuring that every employee has a seamless employment journey
Running day-to-day HR activities and being the main HR point of contact for all employees.
Managing the documentation, execution and adherence of company policies, procedures and legislation in all operating territories.
Owning and tracking HR analytics and preparing reports on key HR indicators.
The right candidate must have at least 3 years HR experience, ideally gained in a retail business or a scale up brand. The right person will be efficient, positive, self-motivated.
This role is an office based 5 day week position. No hybrid working pattern is offered,
