Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload of private client matters, including:
- Drafting simple and complex wills.
- Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
- Handling Court of Protection matters.
- Provide high-quality drafting and file management to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Work collaboratively with clients to build strong, positive working relationships.
- Meet and exceed financial targets set by the firm.
About You:
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in private client work, managing their own caseload.
- Possess strong drafting and file management skills.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring positive client engagement.
- Be results-oriented with the ability to meet financial and performance targets.
