This established high street firm near Barnsley provides high-quality legal services to clients across South Yorkshire and beyond. The firm is seeking to strengthen its family law team with a knowledgeable legal professional experienced in family law matters.

Key Details:

• Role Focus: Private law children cases, injunctions, divorce and financial settlements – the caseload is predominantly legal aid
• Preferred Experience: Advocacy skills and familiarity with the Legal Aid Agency's CCMS system and the HMCTS portal are advantageous but not essential
• Ideal Candidates: Qualified solicitors, FILEX/CILEX candidates, or those looking to return to work or advance their career in family law
• Location & Environment: Office-based in Dearne Valley, with free parking nearby and support from experienced colleagues and administrative staff
