Job Description:

Reed Education is actively seeking Supply Unqualified Teachers (UQT) for supply bookings in the Bexleyheath area. As a Supply UQT, you will be responsible for supervising a classroom of up to 30 students aged 11-16. Your primary duties will include maintaining behavior control and ensuring a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a classroom of students aged 11-16.
• Maintain behavior control and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Be on standby from 7 am and ready to attend when called.
• Understand the importance of safeguarding and act as a good role model.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students.

Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK.
• Availability to work at least 3 days a week.
• Hold a DBS check with the updated service or be willing to obtain one.
• Minimum of 6 months UK experience working in a school.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding practices.
• Excellent behavior management skills.
