This highly regarded Manchester agency is on the search for vibrant, experienced, and passionate B2B-focused Account Manager or Senior Account Manager join and help develop their award-winning team.
The client portfolio will be centred around the built environment, trade, and manufacturing. They have lots of new biz both within B2B and corporate communications, so that list is not exhaustive.
They are looking for an account manager or senior account manager with a real passion for B2B communications and ideally, you’ll have at least two years’ agency experience at this level.
The successful candidate will be a central part of the client team, keeping campaigns moving forward and acting as a key point of contact for their clients and teams across the agency.
As a B2B Account Manager, you will be working closely with the account leads to support market-leading brands, in an environment and with a team that will help you reach your potential and support you in your growth and career development.
Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
Client Relationships
Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their brand, their plans and objectives - becoming a key contact for them.
Build relationships with key media contacts to gain a high level of coverage for clients.
Immerse yourself within the client’s businesses, proactively becoming an integral part of the client’s marketing team.
Strong Delivery
Work with the wider team to craft and deliver winning communications to match client briefs.
Planning and keeping campaigns moving forward to meet client and media deadlines
Managing planned activities and keeping them on track.
Team Management
Helping to shape and develop more junior team members, acting as a mentor
Bringing together and managing support teams from across the agency
Day-to-day that might involve helping to create a stand-out strategic and creative campaign to help a client showcase its wider purpose, or managing and working with the team to deliver engaging content for tradespeople which supports both the client’s business objectives and taps into what makes that audience tick.
